I just heard your episode and I just wanted to thank you for bringing this beautiful teaching about the container and how the approaches of trauma have failed and I haven’t heard of a DMT follow a trauma informed practice . Thank you for this ! It was so needed and refreshing ! Yes PLAY AND MOVEMENT
