Jennifer Lazar ( a pseudonym to protect Anna’s privacy) has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and is a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist.  She had her first internship in dance/movement therapy (DMT) 45 years ago and has worked in various facilities treating people with challenging mental health diagnoses for as many years.  She trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) work  with its creator, Dr. Richard Schwartz.  She is currently focused on her private practice where she works with clients with eating disorders, trauma, issues of aging, and issues with body image.  She also works part time at a facility treating eating disorders where she leads groups in IFS and DMT.  Jennifer began dancing and performing as a child and also loves teaching dance.  Her meditation practice infuses her work with belief in the core of light within each person.
